Dr.Alberto Rojas, MD, Psychiatrist
Dr. Rojas has worked in healthcare since 1993. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Rojas completed a residency in Family Medicine, a fellowship in emergency medicine, and specialty in Psychiatry. Dr. Rojas has been in the healthcare industry for 31 years. He completed his residency program in Psychiatry at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami in 2021. Dr. Rojas’ passion for teaching led him to develop a training program and write a book on the subject of Psychiatry. Since completing his residency, Dr. Rojas has focused on treating patients with acute mental illness in hospital, outpatient, and community settings.
Michelle Reichard, MSEd, LMHC
Michelle Reichard, MSEd, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who prior to working directly with the community mental health population, worked in the substance abuse and Neuropsychology fields. Michelle also participated in research activities at the Department of Psychiatry, Miller School of Medicine, with the Univ. of Miami. She also obtained her masters degree in mental health counseling and formal training at the University of Miami. Her experience in the mental health industry includes roles such as program director, mental health counselor, group therapy facilitator, psycho-educational assessor, and teacher. Michelle is the founder and currently the Clinic Director at ARC Mental Health.

Luis Botero, MBA
Luis Botero’s professional background includes participating in small privately-owned companies as well as large pharmaceutical corporations. Before joining ARC, he led the Commercial Excellence team at Sandoz: A Novartis Division for the Latin America region. There, he was also responsible for some of the most recognizable brands and names in pharma. He obtained his MBA degree from the University of Miami and his undergraduate degree from Boston College with a degree in Finance and Marketing. His ambition is to re-invent healthcare and provide quality, affordable access to healthcare for everyone.

Luis Gomez, PMHNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the evaluation, prevention, and treatment of psychiatric disorders. With extensive experience in his field, Luis is passionate about helping individuals in his community achieve stability and wellbeing.
Ibis Reyes, PMHNP, is a Bilingual Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specialize in the evaluation, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mood disorders. Mrs. Reyes has significant experience working in the hospital setting as well as the community and outpatient settings with a focus on the adult and geriatric populations.
Luannys Quesada, APRN, graduated with honors from the nursing program at Miami Regional University. Before migrating to the US, Luannys practiced as a Pediatrician in Cuba. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, she delivers compassionate care to all her patients with a strong emphasis on the pediatric population. Luannys specializes in conducting psychiatric evaluations and has a strong focus on delivering high quality patient-centered care.
Ginette Acevedo, MS, PMH, currently holds a provisional marriage and family therapy license in the state of Florida, and has more than 30 years working in the Mental Health field. She has vast experience treating clients of all ages and performing in all areas of mental health, such as evaluations, individual and family therapy, group therapy, psychosocial rehabilitation, and supervised court ordered visitations for family reunification. Ginette has worked with individuals and families suffering form a variety of disorders, trauma, and grief. Ginette is currently Assistant Clinical Director, where she provides her expertise in the areas of clinical supervision and quality assurance. She holds a masters degree in psychology and human sexuality from Instituto de Sexualidad Humana APEC, a masters degree in education from Nova Southeastern University, and a masters degree in psychology with a marriage and family therapy major from Carlos Albizu University. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago, Dominican Republic.
Stephanie Segarra, MS, RMHC , is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She has experience treating a variety of populations in inpatient/ outpatient settings and has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly clients who have suffered from addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma and other life challenges. Stephanie is passionate about helping clients overcome stressors such as relational problems, life stage transitions, work/ life balance, and family conflict. Her clinical work is guided by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy and she has experience providing individual, family, and group therapy. Stephanie believes in psychotherapy providing a safe space with empathy and positive encouragement for clients to work through their issues.
Madeline Espana, BS, MSc, was born and raised in Sunny South Florida. She has been married for over 27 years and has two sons. She has always felt pride of her community and the diversity of this beautiful city. Since she was a young girl, she enjoyed helping others and always wanted to make a difference in the community. Straight out of high school, she attended Miami Dade College and Barry University to earn her degree in Elementary Education. After years of volunteering in the community, she discovered that she had a strong desire to focus on Mental Health. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from FIU and obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Currently, she is part of the FIU Masters in Professional Counseling Program. Her goal is to continue onto the Doctoral Program for Couples and Family counseling in the next year. Ms. Espana feels a strong responsibility to give back to the community.
Ashley Rivera, MA, MS, is a distinguished mental health advocate and professional with a profound dedication to the field. She holds two master’s degrees: one in Mental Health Counseling and another in Clinical Psychology. Her extensive clinical training is primarily rooted in outpatient community mental health services, where she has gained considerable experience and honed her skills. Additionally, Ashley has also worked in inpatient settings, broadening her understanding and expertise in providing comprehensive mental health care. Throughout her career, Ashley has engaged with a wide array of populations, demonstrating her ability to adapt and provide tailored support to meet diverse needs. Her passion for mental health is evident in her unwavering commitment to her work, which she regards as her true calling and purpose in life. This dedication is not only reflected in her professional endeavors but also in her ongoing academic pursuits. Currently, Ashley is in the final year of her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, specializing in adult neuropsychological testing. This advanced specialization underscores her commitment to understanding and addressing the complex cognitive and psychological challenges faced by adults. Her doctoral studies are complemented by her active research work, where she is focused on her thesis exploring the comorbidity of alcohol use disorder and bipolar disorder. This research is particularly significant, as it aims to shed light on the intricate relationship between these conditions and contribute to more effective treatment approaches

This includes overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable records .
Yisabel Viera, BHSA - General Manager- Yisabel is an experienced Business Manager with over 10 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Health Service Administration. Yisabel is knowledgeable in all aspects of day-to-day healthcare operations, and she manages our Facility's Human Resources, Operations, Credentialing, Scheduling, and Patient experience and satisfaction. Yisabel believes that maintaining a healthy environment in daily operations improves patient care.
Yosvani Rodriguez - TMS Technician - Yosvani started out as a Medical Administrative Assitant with the company in 2020 and has transitioned to our psychiatric department as a TMS Technician. Yosvani is passionate about helping individuals overcome depression and improve their mental health. He is currently completing a Bachelors degree in Psychology.

Lolieht Acosta, Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor- Ms. Acosta has 8 years of experience in the mental health field. Born in Cuba, she made the United States her home in 2011. Lolieht holds a Nursing degree and is credentialed as a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager and Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor. She has strong management skills and is adept at problem-solving abilities. Beyond her professional endeavors, Lolieht finds joy in dancing, reading, and maintaining an active lifestyle. Her dedication to behavioral health and multifaceted skills makes her a valuable asset in her role.
